Jamie Watson

Jamie is an experienced finance leader with a strong background in accountancy, private equity, and supporting growth-focused businesses. He works closely with senior leaders across the Beavis Morgan group to shape financial strategy, manage risk, and support long-term value creation.

After graduating in Accounting from the University of Portsmouth, Jamie began his career in the audit graduate scheme at RSM in 2012, working with a diverse range of clients across various industries whilst completing his ACA qualification. In 2017, he joined Hall & Partners, a B2B market research and insights consultancy within the US-listed Omnicom Group. As Finance Director across the UK and US, he led the finance team and acted as a key business partner to senior stakeholders. He most recently oversaw the transition and transformation of the business following its sale to a private equity-backed group in 2023.
