The finalists have been announced and the search for some of the UK’s leading businesses will soon be over. Congratulations to all those shortlisted for the Small Business Awards 2019.
From start-up to scale-up, and from family business to young entrepreneur, more than 100 small businesses have been shortlisted for this year’s awards, taking place on 23 May at Battersea Evolution.
The annual awards, run by the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), celebrate and recognise a sector that makes up 99.9 per cent of all private businesses in the UK and contribute £1.9 trillion to the economy.
With more than 2,000 entries this year, the awards aim to recognise the best, most innovative and determined of the 5.6 million small businesses and the self-employed in the UK, spanning every sector, industry and background.
