Simon Hammerton

Simon has over 30 years experience as a business advisor, including working internationally, mainly in the USA, and with public companies.

Work carried out has included acting as a financial adviser in takeovers and mergers, offering shares to the public, rule 9 offers, and a rule 3 adviser.

Additionally, Simon has acted as an Expert Witness and provided litigation support services including giving oral evidence in the High Court.
