Diary of Main Tax Events – July 2025

Below is a summary of key UK tax deadlines this month. Missing these dates can result in interest charges and penalties, so it’s important to stay ahead.

Key Tax Deadlines – July 2025

Date What’s Due
1 July Corporation Tax due for accounting periods ending 30 September 2024 (unless paying by instalments).
5 July Final date to agree PAYE Settlement Agreements for employee benefits provided in 2024/25.
5 July Deadline for agents/tenants to submit returns of rent paid to non-resident landlords and tax deducted for 2024/25.
6 July Deadline for submitting P11D and P11D(b) forms for 2024/25. Also, deadline for notifying HMRC of any share schemes or options awarded to employees.
19 July PAYE, NICs and CIS tax due for the month to 5 July 2025 (22 July if paying electronically).
31 July Second payment on account due for 2024/25 personal tax liabilities (50% of estimated liability).
