Bob Roberts

Bob is a former Inspector of Taxes who has worked in private practice since 1985. He specialises in all forms of direct taxation and in particular corporate reconstructions, company sales and acquisitions, employee share incentives and venture capital issues. He is also experienced in disputes with HMRC and represents clients before the First Tier Tax Tribunal.
