The latest Family Business Survey report shows nine in ten family businesses are expecting to grow in the coming year, but more than a third are concerned about the potential impact of Brexit.
The survey also found 60 per cent of family businesses experienced sales growth over the past year, compared with 73 per cent in 2014.
Whilst many family firms are ambitious, entrepreneurial and have strong growth expectations, without careful planning they could be compromising the long-term success of their business.
