Government reviewing UK insolvency Rules

The UK's insolvency rules are currently being scruitinised by government, as they consider how best to support businesses in distress. The consultation, which started in May with the aim of reviewing the current corporate insolvency framework, is being overseen by The Insolvency Service and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and is backed by insolvency trade body R3.

Whilst we don't yet know the outcome of the moratorium, you can rest assured that, no matter what changes are proposed and implemented, our BM Advisory team of restructuring, recovery and insolvency specialists will continue to be on hand to find the right solutions for businesses and individuals in distress.

If you have any concerns about your personal or your company's financial position, get in touch with us today. Your initial consultation will be free of charge and without obligation. Contact Andy Pear or Mike Solomons who will discuss your individual situation and advise on the best course of action.
