Entrepreneurs win record finance deal

An entrepreneurial duo who took part in a recent series of Dragons Den have won what is being described as the “best deal ever” on the programme.

Henry de Zoete and Will Hodson, co-founders of Look After My Bills, a business which helps families cut the cost of their energy bills each year by finding consumers the best gas and electricity deals and then switching them automatically when their deal runs out, sold 3 per cent of their business for £120,000 to Dragons, Tej Lalvani and Jenny Campbell.

Will says: “We’re absolutely delighted to have got a deal done with two brilliant Dragons, Jenny and Tej, who we know will massively help the business.

“This year has seen all Britain’s biggest energy suppliers increase their prices, some twice, and the Dragons are backing a company that protects people against rip-off pricing forever.”
