Beavis Morgan group appoints Paul Simpson as Head of HR

Accountancy, tax, restructuring, wealth management and advisory firm, Beavis Morgan, is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Simpson as Head of Human Resources (HR) for the Beavis Morgan group.

Having worked across various sectors, from engineering and fast-moving consumer goods to education, and with an HR career spanning over 20 years, Paul has worked in leadership capacities supporting and advising management teams, directors and CEOs on all aspects of HR strategy, performance and service delivery. More recently, he acted as HR Director for a large group of Further Education colleges, where he co-led a project to harmonise pay and conditions across a multi-sited workforce.

In his role within the Beavis Morgan group, Paul will use his wealth of experience and fresh thinking, based on demonstrable experience in driving innovative HR policies and practices, to lead and develop human resources and talent development across the group.

Paul is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds a master’s degree in Employment Law.
