Beavis Morgan, the Clerkenwell-based accounting, tax and business advisory firm, is pleased to announce that, working in partnership with Cadence Advisory, we have successfully facilitated the significant investment of Amin Amiri founder and CEO of his investment vehicle A2E Industries Limited in Kelerbay Limited (“the Company”).
The Company, which operates as Doree Bonner International, is regarded as one of the country’s leading removals specialists and is currently amongst the top 10 international and domestic removal companies in the UK.
The investment by Mr Amiri continues the existing business as usual, with all key executives remaining in situ. Together they will continue to manage the business and implement the Company’s strategic plans, along with newly appointed COO, Jason Herbert. Mr Amiri will join the Board of Directors of the Company with specific focus on strategy, acquisition, finances and enhancing shareholder value.
Peter Drown, Beavis Morgan Senior Partner and lead adviser facilitating the deal says: “We have known Kelerbay Limited for 23 years and we are delighted to have successfully facilitated the investment by Mr Amiri. The Kelerbay team has built a strong business and they have a significant presence in the removals industry both internationally and closer to home. We wish Amin and the Kelerbay team all the very best in implementing their growth plans over the coming years and look forward to seeing the business go from strength to strength.”
Commenting on Cadence Advisory’s role in the deal, Geoff Watson, Doree Bonner CEO says: “Cadence Advisory provided helpful and constructive support to the shareholders and the finance team in relation to the proposed ID facility, both in terms of day-to-day operations, as well as explaining the issues around our contractual and complex debtor book.”
