Peter Drown, one of our Sport sector client partners, successfully completed the sale of The Cranleigh Golf & Country Club in July 2014. He advised British Ensign Golf in selling the club that they had substantially redeveloped to Green Grass Golf an owner of a number of UK golf clubs. This acquisition was complimentary to their other existing golf club investments.
Beavis Morgan worked with Ben Allen of GVA, a golf club specialist agent, who have seen a surge in activity within the golf course market in 2014.
