BM2020 is part of the Beavis Morgan group. The Payroll Administrator reports directly to the Payroll Manager in a small and friendly office located in Farringdon. This is a full time role.
Software used: Iris Payroll Professional (formerly Star) and Pay Dashboard
Salary £26k – £30k pa
To start immediately
Min 2 years payroll experience
Strong grasp if IT, in particular MS Excel
Good customer service skills
Ability to manage deadlines impeccably
Good numeracy skills
Running payrolls from start to finish for a portfolio of clients
Submitting pension contributions to various pension providers
Submitting net wages for payment via our BACS service provider
Dealing with client queries over the phone and email
Dealing with HMRC queries
Supporting the development of the department with process improvements and introducing automation
